Any product(s) purchased in-person at the Facelogix Studio in Colleyville, Texas is/are 100% fully refundable to the credit card used to purchase the product(s) at the original sale and/or exchangeable or a replacement product(s) as long as the item to be returned is post marked and returned with the safety seal "unopened" within 7 days of the original delivery receipt.  If any product(s) are returned with the safety seal "opened or removed" a partial refund (of purchased price less a 50% open package fee) to the credit card used to purchase the product at the original sale will apply.   The product should contain at least 75% of the product still in the bottle.  Any product returned with less than 75% of the product in tact, will result in no refund or no exchanges. 

A written explanation or reason for the return must accompany the product return in question, in order to receive an exchange, full or partial refund for the product(s) being returned.  Skincare and beauty products can also be 100% exchangeable for credit towards a replacement product if the original product sold has an unopened safety seal and has never been used. Any returned product(s) that are compromised, damaged, or used more than 75% will not be exchanged and will be deemed not for sale and discarded.   All opened, compromised, used, or damaged product returns will be discarded in the proper manner for disposal.  This skincare and beauty product policy is put in place for the safety and security of our staff.

- Unopened product may be returned within 10 days of receiving order.

- We do not accept or take returns on any opened product. If you are unsure if the product will work for your skin, please order our small or travel size versions, which should last 2-4 weeks depending on the product.

- All product returns must be shipped through FedEx or UPS - NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH USPS (the Post Office). 

- Once your products are approved for return, additional specific return details will be given to you at that time.

- Free Fedex Shipping On All U.S. Orders of $50 or more (before tax, if applicable).  Please allow 3-5 Days for Standard Fedex Shipping once your order is shipped until your product is received.

- All orders placed $49.99 or less (before taxes, if applicable) will be charged a $10 flat shipping charge for standard Ground Service delivery through Fedex.

- All Rhonda Allison Skincare products are shipped directly from the Rhonda Allison Shipping Facility located in Grapevine, Texas, at the following address:

- The Rhonda Allison Skincare Corporate Shipping Facility pulls and ships products on Tuesdays through Fridays and are closed on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

- After your products leave the Rhonda Allison shipping facility, the average arrival time for your products is 3-5 business days.

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid/correct United States Postal Service address. Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please give only physical street addresses If the shipment is returned for a wrong address, a second shipping attempt will be attempted at the customer's cost. 

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe/secure United States Postal Service shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we must go by the tracking information provided by Fedex. If a package has been tracked as delivered, Facelogix LLC, ShopFacelogix.com, Facelogix.com, or Kathryn Dean are not responsible for reimbursement of any stolen items. Please check the tracking information on Fedex.com. If your package is tracked as "delivered," check with your neighbor(s), leasing office, etc.

- If you complete the above two steps and are still unable to locate your package, please email info@facelogix.com for more details.

We process and ship your products, as soon as possible.  Please contact us as soon as you realize you have given an incorrect shipping address.  As long as your package has not been shipped, we can change the shipping address.  Call 214-708-2843 with your new shipping address. ShopFacelogix.com will be unable to change a shipping address once or after your package has been shipped.  If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund to the credit card on file that was used to place the order, please contact info@facelogix.com or call 214-708-2843 within one hour of your order and your order will be fully refunded to the credit card used to place the product order and your product order will be cancelled.  Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your credit card to receive and post a complete refund to your account.

You must call within one hour of your purchase to cancel an order to ensure your order has not been fulfilled.  Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled.  Once your order has shipped, there will not be a way to recall or cancel your order.  You will have to receive the order and then return it according to the product Return Policy listed above.

SERVICES BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:

​Kathryn Dean's Facelogix Skincare and Beauty practice is not a high volume practice.  The time scheduled for you is booked only for you, as her clients are seen by appointment only and receive one-on-one, VIP attention.  If you miss an appointment, Kathryn does not have another client scheduled for that time.  She usually has a waiting list of clients looking for a cancellation.  Please help her serve you in the best way by keeping your scheduled appointments or cancel them 2 hours prior to the scheduled booking time, so that others can book in your place if you cannot make your scheduled time slot.  Kathryn respectfully requires a 2 (two) hour notice for any online booking cancellations, so that she can accommodate those who may be holding a spot on a waiting list for digital or in-person products or services. Any booked appointment that is not canceled 2 hours prior to the appointment or that "no-shows" the booked appointment without a proper 2 (two) hour cancellation notice, will be assessed and charged a 100% missed booking service fee of the total "booked" and/or missed "no-show" service before another appointment can be booked and performed.

PRE-PAID SERVICES POLICY:

​​​Pre-paid digital or in-person services will not be refunded.  However, prepaid services can be exchanged for other services and/or products sold in the Facelogix Clinical Skincare and Makeover Center or online e-commerce store at ShopFacelogix.com.

CLIENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICING POLICY:

Kathryn Dean reserves the right to dismiss, decline, or refuse in-person or digital products and services for any client or customer who she feels necessary for any number of reasons listed in the Texas Department of Licensing Rules and Regulations Guidelines as a Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Sr. Laser Hair Removal Technician licensee, Licensed Permanent Makeup and Tattoo Salon, and Licensed Esthetic Specialty Salon.  Children under the age of 18 must have a written consent form to purchase products, digital services, lessons and courses, and in-person services performed at the Facelogix Clinical Skincare and Makeover Center and Studio in Colleyville, Texas, signed by a parent or guardian prior to any service performed and/or must have the parent or guardian present  at the time services are performed, if the child is under 16 years of age.
